There's a particular kind of stuck that doesn't show up on a spreadsheet.
You're not new to business. You've put in the work, built something real, and have the receipts to prove it. Things might even look good on paper.
But somewhere along the way, things that used to feel energizing turned into a slog, and a low hum of "something’s feels off" plays in the back of your mind.
Maybe you’ve tried to fix it by changing your offers, rebranding, adopting a coach's framework, crowdsourcing advice from peers, or signing up for (yet another) course.
But that feeling still lingers. You find yourself spinning your wheels, wondering...
What comes next?
Here's what I've learned working with dozens of entrepreneurs at that exact moment:
None of those things worked because they were solving the wrong problem.
What's actually happening is that you've outgrown the version of your business you originally built. The way you're running it, the offers, the positioning — they made sense at one point. But you've evolved, and the business hasn't caught up yet.
The good news is that although it can feel like everything is falling apart, it's actually a sign you're ready to grow and build a business that not only lasts, but feels good to run.
The reality: it's nearly impossible to see clearly when you're so close to it. That's where I step in...
Most strategists start with tactics.
I start with the human behind the business.
Until you get clear on where you are now, where you want to go, and what's driving you forward, nothing else will stick. The real work starts from the inside out, and spoiler: it's the part most people skip.
I'll help you clarify who you are in your business now and chart a clear path forward so you can finally focus on what matters most — and let go of the rest.
THREe ways I can support you
01
Business Clarity Intensive · $850
For when something needs to shift, but you're not sure what.
The work starts before we even meet with a strategic questionnaire designed to make you think differently about your business—most clients find it clarifying on its own.
From there, we spend 90 minutes in real conversation about your business: where it is, where you want it to go, and what's in your way. You'll leave with a personalized Notion-based action plan and a week of follow-up access to me while you start putting things in motion.
This one-time deep dive is where most of my client relationships begin. For some it's exactly what they need; for others it becomes the starting point for something longer. If we continue working together, your Intensive investment applies toward your first month of ongoing advisory.
Best for: You want someone to help you actually see your business clearly and some simple steps to move forward without committing to ongoing support.
02
Ongoing Strategic Advisory · Starts at $795/month
For when you’re done figuring it out alone.
We begin with the same depth and process as a Clarity Intensive, folded into our first month together. From there, the cadence flexes to what you need. Some clients meet twice a month for tighter momentum; others prefer one longer session with more async support in between. We’ll design the rhythm together.
I'm available between sessions for questions, feedback, and the moments when something needs a second set of eyes before you move forward. Real strategic change rarely happens in 90 days, so the first phase of our work is often about untangling what's built up so you can finally see what's underneath.
Engagements typically run 3-6 months and are tailored to where you are and what you need.
Best for: You want someone consistently in your corner as you execute: someone who knows your business deeply and can help you make smart, confident decisions in real time.
03
Brand Strategy · Custom Engagements
Drawing on 15+ years of marketing, branding, web design, and brand & messaging strategy work, this is for when your business direction feels solid and you're ready for how you show up externally to match: your message, positioning, and visual identity. Custom-scoped and quoted based on your goals and business stage. Reach out to start the conversation.
I don't believe in growth at any cost.
The businesses I'm most proud of helping build are ones that work as well for the person running them as they do on paper. If that sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I’d love to hear what's going on.
