A bit about my work
The people and organizations I work with are usually at an inflection point. Not because something is wrong, but because something has shifted.
The business has grown. The direction has changed. Or how they're showing up no longer reflects who they've actually become.
That's usually where I come in. Not to add more to the pile, but to help make sense of what's already there.
Sometimes it's a small team rethinking their positioning or visual identity. Sometimes it's an organization navigating a moment of change. And sometimes it's a solo founder who needs a consistent thinking partner – someone to help them step back, get clear, and actually run their business (instead of letting it run them).
The work looks different every time, but it tends to start in the same place: getting clear on what you're actually building and why it matters. Everything else follows from there.
About me
I got into this work because I love watching an idea become something real. Fifteen years later, that part still hasn't gotten old. It's the closest thing to magic I know.
That path has taken me across agency leadership roles, independent client work, and building my own platform, Create Your Purpose®. The through-line has always been the same: helping people shape not just how they show up, but how they make decisions, communicate, and grow.
I believe the best strategy work happens when you pause and zoom out long and far enough to ask the right questions – and I've spent my career getting good at knowing which ones those are.
Beyond client work
Create Your Purpose® is a platform and community I founded in 2019 for women solopreneurs rethinking how they build and grow their businesses, in a culture that often equates doing more with doing better.
