Please read carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration in the Create Your Purpose Collective run by Create Your Purpose LLC.
The Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective, a part of Create Your Purpose LLC is a community of entrepreneurial women who are dedicated to building purposeful + profitable businesses outside of hustle culture norms.
By becoming a member of the Collective, you agree to the following terms on this page.
You understand that you can contact Create Your Purpose LLC at hello@quinntempest.com to answer any questions or to explain this Agreement.
The period of this Agreement begins on the date of purchase and ends upon completion of the upcoming Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective session or upon cancellation or termination of this Agreement. If the parties wish to continue working together after the expiration of this Agreement, a new Agreement shall be executed by both parties with a new period of service.
Membership Fees
In consideration of the privileges and benefits of your membership, The Create Your Purpose Collective charges membership fees. Failure to pay your fees when due may result in the termination/suspension of your membership.
New & returning members are accepted into the Collective during open enrollment periods a few times a year. They are required to commit to a 1-year membership period at a time.* Payment is either accepted up-front in one payment or split over 12 monthly payments.
Up-front Payment
Members have the option to pay up-front for their 1-year membership enrollment period.
PLEASE NOTE: The Collective is not a month-to-month membership with the option to cancel early. The up-front payment option is simply the opportunity to pay your annual membership up-front and receive a small discount for doing do.
Payment Plan
If you choose the Payment Plan option, you are responsible for all 12 payments.
Payments due will be as stated on the checkout page you enroll through and these terms are incorporated herein.
If you opted to split the cost of the Collective into multiple payments, monthly automatic credit card billing is required. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account via ThriveCart/Stripe every 30 days for 12 full payments.

PLEASE NOTE: The Collective is not a month-to-month membership with the option to cancel early. The Payment Plan option is simply the opportunity to split your payment up over the course of the 1 year of your enrollment commitment.
Early Membership
Some members are accepted earlier than our open enrollment periods when they have been pre-approved for membership by our founder. These members will be required to make a $125 deposit to secure their spot in the next cohort. A payment link to start their full membership subscription will be sent 1 week before their cohort start date with the applicable $125 discount. These early-accepted members will join on the normal start date with other cohort members; it's merely to save their spot since our cohort sizes are limited.
Historical Membership
Members who joined before July 2023 are locked into historical 6-month membership periods and do not need to renew for an annual membership unless they choose to do so.
Renewals
Memberships are automatically renewed at the same rate and for the same length unless terminated prior to the start of a new Membership period.
You will be sent a reminder before this happens with a chance to update your billing and/or terminate your membership. To terminate your membership, you must email hello@quinntempest.com ahead of your new membership period beginning.
Scholarships
If you have been granted a scholarship, your membership fee will be waived for a 1-year period. You are welcome to renew after that time as a full-paying member. You'll get all the same perks, education, accountability, and support as all our members do. You won't be singled out as a scholarship recipient to other members either.
Academy
The Academy course is run live during the first 12 weeks of a new member's membership period and you have access to the course materials as long as you are a member. Your access will be revoked when you leave.
Returning members (those who leave and return) will NOT be led through the Academy live again with new members joining at the same time, although they will regain access to the course materials that they can revisit on their own time.
Payment Methods
Create Your Purpose LLC accepts all major credit cards through ThriveCart which are processed using Stripe. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Create Your Purpose LLC.
In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place update your card immediately so your charge can be processed.
Transfers and Substitutions
You may not transfer to another program nor substitute another person in your place.
Withdrawals
If you withdraw from the program at any time for any reason, your membership fee will not be refunded in full or in part. If your tuition is being paid by a payment plan, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.
Refund Policy
By investing in your personal and professional life and making a commitment to yourself, you are more likely to succeed.
Because of this, the intimate nature of the group, and the limited availability of spaces in this program, this is a NON-REFUNDABLE membership, billed to your credit card on file every 30 days or paid in full up-front. There are no pro-rated memberships.
Enrollment in the Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective constitutes a NON-CANCELLABLE agreement.
You are legally and financially responsible for the full program fee for your full enrollment commitment period, regardless of whether you actually participate or show up for masterclasses, live group sessions, or any other element of the Collective's programming.
USE OF RECORDINGS
Please note that masterclasses, hot seat, expert webinars and masterclasses, Live Q&As, or other audio or visual services may be recorded and portions of these recordings may be used in the future by Create Your Purpose LLC for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to hello@quinntempest.com.
Please note, personal and confidential information will never be disclosed as per the Confidentiality paragraph below and you will be requested to approve any use of recordings that they appear or are heard in before they are shared publicly.
CONFIDENTIALITY
As part of the Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective, you and Create Your Purpose LLC agree to hold any Confidential Information received from the other in the strictest confidence.
You also agree to hold every other participant's Confidential Information in the same strict confidence as required between Create Your Purpose LLC and its Collective participants. Information shared in Facebook groups, on calls, in video conferences, or any other means shall be maintained as confidential.
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Any earnings or income statements, or earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what I think you could earn. There is no assurance you'll do as well as clients, customers, or students mentioned on this website or featured in testimonials.
Any and all claims or representations, as to income earnings on this web site or inside the Collective, are not to be considered as average earnings. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your future success or results.
Monetary and income results are based on many factors. We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, or your business skills or practices. Therefore we do not guarantee or imply that you will get rich or make any money at all.
Users of our products, services and web site are advised to do their own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions. You agree that Create Your Purpose LLC are not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, website, products or services.
ACCESS TO PROGRAM MATERIALS and COMMUNITY
You will have access to all materials and services for the duration of your membership in the program as long as all payments are made in full.
You will lose access to all program materials - include the Academy, masterclasses, recording, and all content within the community portal - as soon as you choose to leave the community and/or not renew your membership. Your purchase does not entail lifetime access.
In the event Create Your Purpose LLC discontinues the program, you will be given fair notice in order to have sufficient time to download any available content before the program ends.
The private community portal hosted on Mighty Networks or the Create Your Purpose Academy coursework may be closed upon the completion of the Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective program this Agreement applies to. Create Your Purpose LLC reserves the right to keep the group open for a longer period, but this in no way waives the right to close it at a future date.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The content of Create Your Purpose LLC is for educational and informational purposes only.
By purchasing from Create Your Purpose LLC, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your results of any kind.
You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, network and financial situation, to name just a few.
You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our clients, customers or audience represented on our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly.
Any statements outlined on our websites, programs, content and offerings are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. We offer no professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented within Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Create Your Purpose LLC and/or its Affiliates.
You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by Create Your Purpose LLC or the specific content provider. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content or information from Create Your PurposeĀ® Collective in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Create Your Purpose LLC or the specific content provider, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available within.
Any unauthorized use of the materials referred to may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
