We’re inviting in women entrepreneurs who have built a solid business but feel stuck in the cycle of doing “all the things” without a clear plan forward.

You have clients and revenue coming in, but it’s either not at the level you want or the way you’re working isn’t sustainable for you personally—and you know something needs to shift.

Starting with the Create Your Purpose® Academy, a 3-month guided business planning process that helps you clarify your direction, refine your strategy, and align your business with what truly matters. You’ll also be paired with a dedicated mentor for support and attend live coaching calls with our founder, Quinn Tempest.

 

By the end of the Academy, you’ll have a clear plan for what’s next—no more guessing. With expert coaching and peer feedback, you’ll refine your strategy and take intentional steps forward.

With monthly co-working sessions, live hot seats, and quarterly planning challenges (+ more!), you’ll stay accountable and in control—consistently working on your business, not just in it.

⏳ First 3 Months (Academy Phase): ~1-2 hours per week.

  • 🎥 Watch a new module every 2 weeks.

  • 📝 Complete a short strategic exercise.

  • ✅ Submit work for feedback.

  • 📣 Attend a live coaching call.

⏳ After That? You decide.
Most members engage ~1 hour per week through co-working, hot seats, and planning workshops.

We intentionally keep the Collective at a Goldilocks size—big enough to tap into a wealth of insights and perspectives, but small enough that you’ll actually know and connect with the members.

As of March 2025, we have 28 members, and we invite in 5-10 new members per cohort.

Yes, the Collective is designed for women entrepreneurs. We welcome women-identifying individuals and those assigned female at birth into a respectful, growth-focused space where we support each other’s business journeys.

Enrollment will be happening in late April with new members entering our community in early May.
