Connie Solera is a creative entrepreneur at the helm of Dirty Footprints Studio. She’s also an amazing artist. I’ve collaborated with Connie for years on a wide range of projects, including e-book designs, logos, email design, and more. It all culminated recently in the re-branding of her company and the design of a colorful and content-full responsive WordPress website design.
As you can see on my own site, I don’t shy away from color (and lots of it) and being an artist, neither does Connie. She wanted a colorful, vibrant logo that mimicked her painting style. When extending the brand to her website, I knew I wouldn’t have to look further for inspiration and color palettes than her very own art work, which you’ll see throughout the website and main design elements, textures and backgrounds.
Not only was the Dirty Footprints Studio website a vibrant and colorful design experience, but it was an intricate merging of years of blog posts and new content. I worked hand in hand with Connie to audit and migrate thousands of blog posts, and craft a content strategy that would help her generate new subscribers, online course attendees, and fans.
